Remedial and emergency repairs, and specialist lead work, to prolong the life of your roof.
Mid-Cornwall Roofing Contractors was established over 50 years ago, and it's been a family business ever since. It's one of the longest-running roofing companies in Cornwall, and one of our directors is a qualified NVQ assessor.
Our team are all direct employees, with skills in building, carpentry and decorating as well as roofing, so we can take on complete refurbishments. Over the years we've built up a large stock of reclaimed and discontinued materials, which helps when matching an older roof.
Our yard and offices are in Penryn, near Falmouth, and we work across the whole of Cornwall.
"Thank you for a wonderful job in completing the new roof for our cottage in Truro. Your team turned up every day when they said they would and were always very accommodating."
Tim, Truro

Yes. Usually only a couple of slates or tiles either side need lifting to replace the lead, before they're put back and the ridge is bedded and pointed.
Not necessarily. It could be a blocked outlet or gutter, or the wrong fall on the guttering. None of these are major problems.
Yes. A preformed bonding gutter above the party wall lets the two roofs meet neatly, and it isn't visible.
Not always. Missing or broken eaves can often be fixed with eaves trays, or by opening a small section to reinstate new slates.
